Plymouth Community Partnership is an infrastructure organisation which exists to support the community and voluntary sector in the city.

Supporting a strong and vibrant community sector through helping communities to regenerate Plymouth.

Key Objectives

• To ensure the community sector has strategic representation on the Local Strategic Partnership (LSP) Board and its associated partnership
• Increase the knowledge and skills of community groups so they are able to:
  • Manage their organisation effectively
  • Build the effectiveness of their organisation to meet the needs of the community they serve
  • Resource their organisation appropriately
  • Influence decisions that affect their work and their community
• Ensure equity through best practice
